BALGOBIN HEADS PLIPDECO

Balgobin’s appointment took effect on August 25 and he replaces Victor Mitchell who was recently appointed Mayor of Point Fortin.

Balgobin is currently executive director at the Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business and is also a corporate turnaround specialist with global experience.

Prior to his current post at the Arthur Lok Jack School, Balgobin was employed with Procter and Gamble in the United Kingdom as a project analyst (global business services) and undertook a host of projects in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Balgobin is also a past director at the Central Bank and has served as a temporary Independent Senator on an occasional basis over the last three years.

Other members of the Plipdeco board are Raffique Shah, Lloyd Walters, Shida Bolai, Patrick Kelly, Anthony Jordan and Kirby Anthony Hosang.
