Roxane De Freitas sits on Scotia board

De Freitas began her career with Unilever Caribbean Limited (formerly Lever Brothers West Indies Limited) in 1987. A graduate of The University of Western Ontario, Canada, with a degree in Business Administration, she possesses a wealth of experience in sales and marketing, having worked in different capacities in the sales and marketing sector in Trinidad and Tobago. Over the years, De Freitas has held senior positions in companies such as 3M Inter American Inc and Glaxo SmithKline Beecham, before returning to Unilever Caribbean Limited at the senior management level, in 1999.
