How effective is the blimp?

THE EDITOR: All law abiding citizens of our country can breathe a huge sigh of relief now that a high-tech crime blimp hovers above us sniffling out all those heartless criminals. Well this is what we are led to believe. Exactly how this piece of extremely expensive machinery functions and how effective it is another question. However, in the meantime kudos with government’s attempts for at least appearing to be “doing something” about a situation bordering on total disaster. Good luck!
