TTPost falling down on the job
THE EDITOR: It is in desperation that I write to you as a means of last resort. The performance of TTPost is deplorable. I subscribe to several scientific magazines and before the advent of TTPost I got them weekly as they are published. Now it takes many weeks before I get some of them and I never get others at all. Two years ago I wrote to the chairman of TTPost and complained. There was a little improvement for a short period. Two months ago I wrote another registered letter to the chairman, complaining about the lack of delivery. Up to this day, I have had no reply but still the same lack of delivery. This is irritating and frustrating. Perhaps the chairman has not received the registered letter, knowing where the postal service record is.
