Highway in darkness

THE EDITOR: I would be grateful if you could publish in your newspaper what the Diego Martin residents will be faced with when the new highway is completed, 1) There are no plans for street lights and 2) No traffic lights to control the traffic at important intersections.

This is a wealthy country and the government does not care about the people. They cannot even control the number of cars entering the country, far less the traffic.

From early morning traffic piles up wherever you turn. God help the poor especially the children who have to be out of bed by 4 am to reach to school on time.
