THE EDITOR: While watching the news on TV I saw trucks of Regiment personnel and many police cars with a great number of police officers in the Toco area recently, searching for a kidnapped victim. Unfortunately I saw none of them for kidnapped victim Samdaye Rampersad, who is still in the hands of kidnappers. Is she considered a lesser person? No further questions. MRS M SANKAR Mucurapo
