Bad service at Roll on-Roll off dealership
THE EDITOR: Firstly, I must thank S Sinanan for bringing to the public attention the way the owner of the Roll on-Roll off dealership in St Margaret’s runs his business. At first when I read the article, I was very much shocked and disappointed. I myself bought a car there about a year ago and was up to recently going to purchase another one, until I read the article.
I think the public should be aware about what the Roll on-Roll off companies are doing to the public. I can’t say all of these dealerships are doing it, since I know many if not most of them have one car that they have for their company’s use. Maybe this dealer should take a hint from other Roll on-Roll off dealerships and get one car to use for either personal or business use or change the management, because the experience I had over there, the owner should think about giving his staff come courtesy skills.
