Tied or not tied?

THE EDITOR: After reading news reports of President Richards enjoying the Klassic Ruso Calypso Tent 2006 to the "Max" and seeing pictures of him with his arms firmly around the voluptuous calypsonian Lady Wonder doing the "panda" dance, it struck me like a bolt of lightning. I thought he said his hands were tied.
