Where is your vision, Mr Manning?
THE EDITOR: Since the honourable Prime Minister went to Cuba and had his eye operation, returning home minus his glasses, wearing dark peepers apparently he assumed the new role of great visionary. But I wonder whether the PM realises that even blind men can be and are great visionaries. As to be a great visionary, requires not the physical eye but the "third eye" or the "sixth sense" otherwise known as intuition. Maybe the PM should have remained partially blind. I would be happy if the PM can explain where is this great vision in destroying 1,200 acres of virgin forests with the associated wild life and displacing over 100 families where roots are buried there to build an aluminium smelter, bearing in mind that this forest has been in existence since the dawn of creation, supplying the atmosphere with vital oxygen and supporting the ECO system.
