Prisons Officers send SOS

According to the Association, Prison Officers work a 44-hour week, but are made to work an additional 16 hours overtime on weekends which is not compensated. This, they say has been the situation for the last 25 years and violates the International Labour Organisation Treaty, of which Trinidad and Tobago is a signatory. The Association is seeking a workload of 40 hours per week.
