Wishing and wishing

Yet, schoolchildren have to make porn movies of themselves and sell in order to feed their families and teachers have to be running from business place to place begging for money to buy toner for the photocopying machines and books for the library.

All the while citizens have to drive on horrible roads and the price of food keeps rising everyday! And to top it off every government department is understaffed and barely functions. Oh, how I wish that all the gang leaders, murderers, kidnappers, carjackers and rapists were named Panday!
