Starbucks opens MovieTowne PoS branch

Jobs and the opportunity to advance within the company was also spoken of by Kelima Balthazar, a barista from the San Fernando store who recently started training to become a supervisor at the PoS store.

“You are always learning something new. There is a lot of training and practice in developing your people skills and managerial skills. In this company, it is all about your customers, your colleagues and developing interpersonal skills,” Balthazar said.

Applications are currently being accepted for Barista opportunities at Starbucks TT’s third store, located in Chaguanas just off the southbound lane of the Uriah Butler Highway. Starbucks TT expects to hire approximately 100 persons over the next year.
