Start a fund for Panday

THE EDITOR: To all the members of the Patriots who supported Basdeo Panday in the party elections, now is the time to show him how much you love, respect and admire him. Start a fund to help pay $300,000 which the Privy Council ordered him to pay Ken Gordon.
