Missing Randolph Burroughs
THE EDITOR: Every crime is witnessed by somebody’s eyes. Even if no member of the public saw it, it was seen by the criminal himself, so technically speaking, there is no greater fallacy than "an unsolved crime." This only comes about when the public does not respond, or when the police is incompetent in solving the equation, they are being muffled or involved. Strange but true. The talent to extract evidence from the public was possessed by one man to date, Randolph Burroughs. Do we now miss him? DOODNATH MAHARAJ Arima
