Arrest person who cut off my hand

THE EDITOR: Ten months ago I had my hand severed in Rich Plain, Diego Martin. Since that day nothing has been done to find the person responsible. Up to today no arrest has been made. I have on several occasions made visits to the police station, where all I was told is that a warrant was out for the person’s arrest. I am still in pain and anguish, and in fear for my life. I am crying out for justice. Please someone, do something.
