Open Budget a no no

THE EDITOR: I wish to refer to the "open budget" called for by Mr Jack Warner. I am a patriotic Trinbagonian who is elated that our national footballers have qualified for Germany 2006.

I cannot support the call to have the taxpayers’ money being "open" to any individual without references to details of the use to which it is to be put.
