THE EDITOR: Udecott was charged over $200,000 by the Environmental Manage-ment Authority for starting the Tarouba complex without prior approval. Whose money did Udecott use to pay the fine? Was it Udecott’s or taxpayers money. If it was Udecott’s money all good and well.
