Evil forces behind accidents
THE EDITOR: It does not matter what is done by the police department relative to serious vehicular accidents, there will always be serious accidents. It is not the condition of the car, the road, the driver or weather conditions. The external force that is controlling when and how road accidents is known by many and hidden from most of us. All we can do is pray that the deaths are not painful and the forces that are causing these accidents return to the department’s from which they came. THOMAS METCAFFE Pt Cumana
