Is not black beautiful?

THE EDITOR: Will someone please enlighten me as to why every time a body needs to be identified, be it due to a murder or a hit and run, or someone who has simply disappeared and a description is given of these people, we usually hear or read that the person is of African descent? Why not inform us that the person is Negro. I do not see anyone taking umbrage to this, for is not black beautiful?
