SFA wrap up season
THE curtain comes down on the Southern Football Association’s 2005 season at Manny Ramjohn Stadium, Marabella today. To mark this occasion there will be a triple header including the final of the Petrotrin League Cup between Pele Pele and Palo Seco timed to kick off at 7 pm. Earlier, Point Fortin Civic Centre, the "Black City" boys meet Moruga FC in the final for the Under-19 Division from 3 pm. And in the Under-17 Division, Civic Centre take on Princes Town in the knockout finale from 5 pm. Pele Pele, a new Point Fortin team will be seeking their second title this season having already won the SFA Executive Cup, after finishing runners-up to Petrotrin in the league. The Petrotrin men won the SFA Super League title and the $12,000 prize money.
