Thank you, Newsday

THE EDITOR: I write in connection with an article the Newsday published on my behalf with regard to the traffic lights at the University of the West Indies entrance on the Priority Bus Route. This problem was highlighted on Friday February 17, 2006. On the night of Monday February 20, 2006 the traffic lights were reverted to green, amber and red. I thank you sincerely for having this problem rectified in such a short space of time.
