Carenage man shot at ‘Big Yard’

A Carenage man is now warded at hospital after being shot at the “Big Yard” in Carenage on Wednesday night According to reports, Harry Charles, 61, of  Cuthbert Circular, Four Roads, walked into the Four Roads Police Station at around 9.30 pm stating that a man wearing a bandana over his face fired two shots, hitting him in his left upper thigh at “Big Yard,” Carenage. The bleeding man was taken to the Port-of-Spain General Hospital where he was warded up to press time. No motive has been given for the shooting and Constable Gibbon is investigating.
