San Juan business body sends congrats to CoP

The San Juan Business Association has congratulated the new Commissioner of Police, Trevor Paul, and has expressed hope that he would  be able to make great strides in combatting “criminal elements in all their forms.” The association says that the “fight” promised by the new commissioner, aided by various stakeholders, would be able to help the current crime situation.
