Taylor to perform ‘Pack Light’ in NY

Written and performed by Taylor, Pack Light explores the joys and perils of wrangling Caribbean and British parentage; navigating US life and airport security as a legal alien and being a multiracial and bi-national “potpourri” in a world of far too many check-boxes, where everyone keeps asking “So...what are you anyway?”

Pack Light is a combination of autobiography, character sketches, original video and Afro-Caribbean music and dance. Performances will begin on August 18 at the Manhattan Children’s Theatre, 52 White Street (between Broadway and Church), New York.

The performances will continue also on August 19 and 24 at 5:30 pm and August 22 and 26 at 8:45 pm.
