Jerome still waiting on TTEC

The Jerry Street, St James resident said TTEC’s connection wiring to her house was done improperly which caused the surge. She added that the sum she received cannot nearly cover her losses.

To make matters worse, Jerome said that on November 26 at 4.45 pm her electrical wiring was pulled down when some TTEC technicians were fixing nearby street lights. Jerome said all her appliances and computer were destroyed.

An official from TTEC’s Corporate Communications department took the report from Hotline and promised that assistance will be forthcoming. Jerome said a crew did visit her home, repaired the damage and promised that she would again receive compensation on November 29. However, Jerome said this compensation never materialised.
