TT woman bites off hubby’s finger

She reportedly bit off the tip of the man’s index finger at the first joint.

The Associated Press said police investigators could not find the piece of missing finger, leading them to consider the possibility that the wife may indeed have swallowed it. Police said the woman hit her husband, David Johnson, three times and he pushed her away as they quarrelled.

The woman who lives in Hutchinson, Missouri, is on US$5,000 bail and is due to make her first appearance in the Reno Country District Court in Missouri tomorrow to face charges of aggravated assault.
