Three for the Hi5-loving turfites Saturday

The three races designated for Hi5 betting are the fourth, sixth and eighth.

The Arima Race Club have come up with an eight-race programme for the second day of the racing season, with the feature a 1750 metres run for three- year-old and over horses rated 100-80 with a total purse of $49,500.

John O’Brien-trained B’s Passion, heroine of the West Indies-bred Stayers Challenge at the inaugural Caribbean Nations Challenge in early December, is sure to start favourite to land the top prize.

Best betting race of the day appears to be the finale over 1100 metres for the just-turned three-year-old maidens in which there are 18 entrants. And the old adage of finding a needle in a haystack applies with It Got To Be Me, Luna Divina, Consideritdone and Rest Assured making it into the frame previously.

There are some large fields and competitive races, and the lucky turfites to forecast the Hi5 combinations could well look forward for some handsome dividends.
